A soft launch campaign promoting Trainline’s new in-app feature: Price Prediction, designed to help customers know the best time to book and get the lowest price on train tickets.
The goal was to bring more transparency to ticket pricing, helping users save money while building long-term trust in the app.
Creatively, we took a mystical approach, playing on the idea of seeing into the future. The visual concept was all about revealing when prices might rise, helping customers feel more confident they were getting the best deal.
